THE
FOUNDER
Salem is a negotiator and litigator at heart and in trade. She obtained a L.L.B degree and is currently completing a post-graduate diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg. Salem is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with extensive knowledge in a number of practice areas, contributing to her expanded knowledge and unique experience.
Salem specialises in, inter alia all aspects of Commercial Law (drafting, negotiating and vetting agreements), Commercial Litigation, Corporate Tax Law, Insurance Law, Trust Law and Dispute Resolution (mediation and arbitration). Her commercial knowledge and litigation experience assists clients to adopt a more practical approach to negotiations. Apart from focusing on commercial law, Salem is an accomplished litigator and expert in all aspects of Labour law, appearing frequently in disciplinary hearings (on behalf of clients or as chairperson), the bargaining council and the CCMA.

Queen Annah Khoza is a qualified attorney, conveyancer and notary public, brings a vibrant passion and comprehensive expertise to fiduciary and conveyancing law.
With Admissions to the High Court, she has experience in estate planning, trusts and conveyancing and is particularly adept in handling deceased estates. As a head of conveyancing in previous roles, Queen manages complex transactions and maintains a client-centered approach ensuring effiecient administration and smooth transfers of assets.
